Tony is responsible for software development, data science and trading activities, as well as overall business management. He is a software engineer with ten years of professional experience developing applications for the energy and financial services industries. Tony began programming at the age of 12 and is the co-founder of Terra One, his second company.

Thomas is responsible for finances, fundraising, operational processes and general management of the company. Prior to his current position, he was CFO of the electronics rental platform Grover for six years, where he was significantly involved in building up the company — from zero to over 250 million euros in turnover. He also secured financing of over 1.5 billion euros and contributed to the company's billion-dollar valuation. Thomas began his career in investment banking with a focus on project and infrastructure financing.

Malte is Tony's co-founder at Teclead Ventures and a long-standing partner. He is responsible for the infrastructure for Terra One's trading algorithms and machine learning. As Tony's sparring partner, he supports algorithmic trading bots and recruiting engineering talent. Tony and Malte have worked together since their university studies in 2018.

Charles is responsible for contracting, sourcing and managing external EPC partners. He studied chemical engineering and has more than a decade of experience in the renewable energy industry and the grid-connected battery industry.

Maximilian secures grid connections and building permits for Terra One's battery projects and coordinates cooperation with engineering firms, legal advisors and EPC companies. With over ten years of experience in business development and sales in the technology industry, he began his career in project development.

Steffen is responsible for power trading, including business development, ML, optimization, trading and power operation. He has around 15 years of experience in short term power trading at Statkraft and Next Kraftwerke, among others. Steffen holds an MSc in International Economics.

With over 20 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, Tamara combines in-depth legal knowledge with strategic expertise acquired by supporting large energy companies across Europe. Her background covers all legal aspects of project development, M&A, corporate and project financing, compliance and ESG. At Terra One, Tamara works as general counsel/in-house lawyer for the entire group.

Matthias is responsible for the specialized machine learning approach that Terra One uses for automated trading. Before joining the ML team, he was one of the first 30 employees at OpenAI and then responsible for AI-assisted code generation at GitHub/Microsoft. His focus is on transformer architectures to generate signals for the German intraday and day-ahead market.

Julia ensures the efficiency and smooth coordination of processes at Terra One. She monitors central operational functions, optimizes work processes and promotes cross-departmental collaboration. With her strategic approach, she increases organizational efficiency and takes on administrative tasks such as document management, recruitment processes and daily office operations.

Johann is responsible for planning and raising capital at company and project level as well as for relationships with equity and debt investors. He has more than ten years of experience in the energy sector and has worked in project and corporate finance as well as mergers and acquisitions for over seven years.

With extensive experience in back office and operational management, Jasmin supports the entire team. She is able to organize complex tasks and efficiently coordinate between teams. Her responsibilities include managing administrative activities, organizing meetings and ensuring smooth office operations.
