Tony is responsible for software development, data science and trading activities, as well as overall business management. He is a software engineer with ten years of professional experience developing applications for the energy and financial services industries. Tony began programming at the age of 12 and is the co-founder of Terra One, his second company.

Thomas is responsible for finances, fundraising, operational processes and general management of the company. Prior to his current position, he was CFO of the electronics rental platform Grover for six years, where he was significantly involved in building up the company — from zero to over 250 million euros in turnover. He also secured financing of over 1.5 billion euros and contributed to the company's billion-dollar valuation. Thomas began his career in investment banking with a focus on project and infrastructure financing.

Malte is Tony's co-founder at Teclead Ventures and a long-standing partner. He is responsible for the infrastructure for Terra One's trading algorithms and machine learning. As Tony's sparring partner, he supports algorithmic trading bots and recruiting engineering talent. Tony and Malte have worked together since their university studies in 2018.

Maximilian secures grid connections and building permits for Terra One’s battery projects and coordinates collaboration with engineering firms, legal advisers and EPC contractors. With more than ten years of experience in business development and sales in the technology sector, he began his career in project development.

Remi is responsible for capital raise, corporate and project financing, M&A as well as Investor Relations and financial reporting. With more than 13 years of experience in Investment Banking and Private Equity, he brings a rare mix of financial rigour and deal-making instinct to the team.

Charles is responsible for contracting, sourcing and managing external EPC partners. He studied chemical engineering and has more than a decade of experience in the renewable energy industry and the grid-connected battery industry.

Sören leads the grid function at Terra One, overseeing grid connections and the technical design of the company's battery storage systems, from connection requirements and grid operator negotiations to component design. With more than seven years in the energy sector, he brings deep technical expertise and hands-on project delivery experience to the team.

Julia keeps operations running smoothly at Terra One. She oversees key operational functions, optimises workflows, leads hiring and HR, and supports collaboration across the team, bringing a strategic approach to the day-to-day work that keeps the organisation running.

With over 20 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, Tamara combines in-depth legal knowledge with strategic expertise acquired by supporting large energy companies across Europe. Her background covers all legal aspects of project development, M&A, corporate and project financing, compliance and ESG. At Terra One, Tamara works as general counsel/in-house lawyer for the entire group.
